At The Silent Bond, each item is made to order, and some products may be personalised with your chosen message, photo, name, or engraving.

Change of mind

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personalised details entered incorrectly by the customer.

Please check all spelling, names, dates, images, engraving details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@thesilentbondco.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging where relevant

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to arrange a suitable remedy, such as a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Cancellations and order changes

Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@thesilentbondco.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
