How long does it take to make my order?
Each item is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product ordered, and the fulfilment location used for that product. Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Australia and the United States.
Can I change my engraving, photo, map, or personalisation after ordering?
Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to change your personalisation details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thesilentbondco.com.
We cannot guarantee changes once production has started, so please check all names, dates, spelling, photos, maps, and engraving details carefully before placing your order.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because personalised and made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personalisation details entered incorrectly.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What if my item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
Please contact us at info@thesilentbondco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging where relevant.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to arrange a suitable remedy, such as a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
